Academic and Psychological Assessments

We perform bi-annual academic and social-emotional assessments of each child in our care. To better understand and serve each child, these assessments are used to identify each child's reading, writing, and mathematics ability. Social emotional assessments help to target each child's characterological strength and current struggle. Each child's individual assessment is strictly confidential and feedback is only shared with the primary caretaker and/or the teacher to improve meeting that child's individual need. Results from the academic and social emotional assessments provide consultation and support to the child's instruction and identifies appropriate resource to advance each child's learning.
